Across Wales GP Practices are being moved to a new system called EMIS Web. This change is being managed in collaboration between the practice, NHS Wales and a company called EMIS.

Our Migration is planned for 03.02.2026 but we will experience some disruption from 28/01/26 to allow the clinical data to be migrated. We would expect this disruption to last for approximately 2 weeks.

While we will do our best to minimise disruption this is a very significant change for the practice and will impact our ability to offer a full range of services during this period. We are moving to an "Emergency Only” service during the transition period to allow staff to train and manage data transfer.

Please be patient – the staff (clinical & administrative) will be on a steep learning curve and doing our best.
